Vevida
Hosting
UX/UI Designer + Online Marketing

Responsibilities:
I took over the Vevida.com project and the order app from my predecessor. This includes the product website and payment platform for Vevida. Additionally, I worked on a new design for MyVevida, the platform where customers manage their hosting services. I collaborated with the R&D and Marcom teams, utilizing user research, usability testing, and user journeys to achieve effective designs.
Other Tasks:
I maintained the corporate identity, designed print materials, and managed facebook.vevida.com.
MyVevida is the platform where customers can manage and expand their hosting services. The redesign aimed to be accessible to three main user groups: basic users, advanced users, and resellers, with the primary focus on the basic users.
Design:
The design principle was “the user has everything under control.” This is reflected in a spacious layout, logical function grouping (extensively tested), and clear labels.
Advanced users and resellers have a different interface than basic users. Products are displayed in a list rather than tiles, and advanced features are not hidden.
Development:
To ensure the design was on track, regular consultations with stakeholders were held. In-depth interviews and usability testing were also conducted. The design process included mock-ups, wireframes, and final graphical designs.

Design
To improve website functionality, adjustments were made, including a new search function, a revised menu layout, and a redesigned homepage. Features were added to better serve existing customers, such as a chat function and improved views for news, blog, and FAQ articles. All changes considered responsive design, accessibility, SEO, and online marketing. Vevida.com is an ongoing project, continuously evolving.
Development
Successful design implementation relied on tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, in-depth interviews, user journeys, InVision prototypes, and Sketch.
